The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms with super comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. the staff are kind, helpful and attentive making the experience even better. the hotel provides complimentary bicycles which is great for exploring the surrounding area.
The breakfast options were limited and not very exciting. the hotel could have had more plug sockets in the room to charge electronic devices.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or concerns. The hotel location was convenient, with easy access to the nearby botanical gardens and other attractions.- I enjoyed the complimentary bike rental, which allowed me to explore the surrounding areas at my own pace.
The noise levels in the ground floor rooms were quite high, making it difficult to have a peaceful stay. Unfortunately, there were no scenic views from the hotel, which was a letdown.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the location was perfect, as it was close to the beautiful botanical gardens that were just a short walk away. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice as well. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. the hotel offered free bike rentals, which allowed us to explore the area easily.
The breakfast offerings could be improved.
